The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely modern bathroom. It felt like being in a cozy chalet. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The location was great, with easy access to surrounding towns and attractions.
Parking was a bit of a hassle, as there were limited spaces in front of the hotel. On one occasion, we had to park in a lot down the street, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location of the hotel was great, being just a short drive from a big town and situated in a picturesque old town on the Alsace wine route. The warm welcome we received upon arrival was very pleasant, and we appreciated being able to choose from different sized rooms. The rooms themselves were delightful, with charming decorations and a balcony overlooking the parking area and square. The hotel also offered excellent cuisine, with a menu that surpassed our expectations and made us feel like we were dining at a higher star establishment.
One aspect we didn't particularly like was that for group guests, they may be hosted in separate buildings, which made face-to-face communication a bit challenging. while the hotel is located in a small village, it may not be ideal for those looking for a bustling city experience.
